Harmony of Wisconsin Rapids is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Our two small, homelike assisted living communities share a fenced, private courtyard. Each community has 20 private suites to meet the individual needs of the seniors who have chosen to live at Harmony. Harmony of Wisconsin Rapids offers many amenities designed with our customers in mind.
