Bella Vista, a CRL Senior Living Community, is the adaptive reuse of the former Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Located across from Menominee Park on beautiful Lake Winnebago, Bella Vista is an independent and assisted living community that allows its residents to age in place.

Opened in December 2008, residents enjoy use of the public cafe, on-site fitness center, full-service salon, lounge, and library.
