Bella Vista, a CRL Senior Living Community, is the adaptive reuse of the former Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Located across from Menominee Park on beautiful Lake Winnebago, Bella Vista is an independent and assisted living community that allows its residents to age in place.

Offering studio, one, and two bedroom apartments, there isn’t a shortage of gorgeous views. Opened in December 2008, residents enjoy use of the public cafe, on-site fitness center, full-service salon, lounge, and library. There is also an optional meal plan that offers an upscale menu, as well as traditional favorites, an activities program packed with options that each resident can custom tailor his or her own social life, concierge service, and much, much more.
