Chai Point - Assisted Living

These apartments are located throughout the building on the fourth through the tenth floors. With the same amenities and options as the Independent Living residents, RCA residents may choose a one-, two- or three-bedroom apartment.

The Registered Nurse will assess each resident and, together with the resident, design a service plan. This team may choose from an assortment of additional support services based on the resident's needs.

Support services may include assistance with

• acts of daily living
• bathing
• medication administration
• additional meals
• diabetes management

Each is delivered under the supervision of a nurse.

Whether this support is needed for a short time or for a more extended period, the resident continues to participate in the community and "age in place."
