Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. Unethical Business Practices. They say they personally Introduce each new Caregiver to a New Client when in fact that is NOT TRUE. In the beginning it was ,but that has long since stopped. they Remove caregivers from Clients , when the Client is very upset about the caregiver being reassigned for no legitimate reason AT ALL, then they proceed to tell the Client they have no idea what happened to the Caregiver that the Client had caring for them for almost two straight years. The Family was VERY upset & lied to about the reasons the caregiver was no longer working with the client and the caregiver was devastated to be removed w/o notice from a client that she has bonded with for so very long. The Client & family knew they were beng Lied to by Home Instead Office staff & management and the caregiver later found out what the Company has been telling the Client's Family. Veery Poor business practices. What once seemed like a great place to work , turned out to be a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!
