Merrill Gardens at Cordata is located on the south side of Bellingham within a three mile radius of shopping, banks, coffee shops, restaurants, Costco, the Bellingham Mall, hospital, various medical clinics, health care providers, and Physicians and Dentist. Transportation is available weekly on our shuttle service and our beautiful new Lincoln Town car which provides our Concierge service 40 hours a week. Packages are available.

Residents move to our Whatcom County location for many reasons. Our Cordata Community overlooks the Cordata neighborhood, Mt. Baker and Whatcom Community College. We offer wonderful independent retirement cottages with one car garages and fireplaces. Grounds are all maintained by Merrill Gardens and the Cottages overlook a gorgeous greenbelt filled with Pacific Northwest birds and wildlife. The path winds to our large assisted living building which is three floors offering various apartment sizes including studio, studio alcoves, one bedroom and some of the largest two bedroom, two bath apartments in our area.

Common areas are located on the ground floor with a sun room located on our second floor. Residents enjoy a full active living program with a wide variety of unique programs to enrich lives. Entertainment flows, community events happen and life unfolds at it's very best. Merrill Gardens tastes real good! One of our best features is our “Anytime Dining Program”. Residents are served their meals in a lovely restaurant atmosphere.
