Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. My Aunt was a resident there. When her power of attorney failed to pay her rent she was evicted. We were not told where she was or that she was being evicted. The facility had our name and phone #'s, but when the state interveined there was no record what so ever of that information. She has finally been located. I feel the home could have kept this information in her file or let us know even though we live in a different state. I understand HIPPA laws are to be enforced, but when it jeopordizes the welfare of the patient I call that an injustice to the elderly.
