  • Relationship to this provider?
    My loved one stayed here
  • Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
    A. Let me start out by saying that I find the pine's Rehabilition center in Lyndonville Vermont to be a VERY homey atmosphere, most generally, my visits there are very good, but..... there have been those times that I have found very unacceptable, I am not sure why these problems arrise, improper schooling, improper guidance, or just plain a lack of caring LNA's, My dad will not say anything and he could so I hesitate to go over him. I have to wonder if they perhaps need to hire more LNA's, and perhaps a good stiff talk as to why they are there. And no I do not work there, nor do I want to. Simply a very concerned daughter over her dads safety.
  • Q. Would you recommend this care provider?
    A. No
