  • Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
    A. Even thought the general program is acceptable,the male program supervisor is a tryant. He treats the floor staff like they are his personal slaves and doesn't give them the respect they so richly deserve. The board of directors really need to rid themselves of this employee before he finishes ruining the wonderful service.
