Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. Moving my mom was difficult on several levels -- financially, physically and emotionally. On the recommendations of several people, we contacted Moving Matters. From the moment we met Carol Brooks, we knew we were in good hands. Not only is she clearly knowledgeable about all aspects of senior life and transition, she also imparts a wonderful combination of compassion and sensitivity, with a great and always appropriate sense of humor -- which comes in handy at times like this! Carol and her staff are reliable, responsible and always professional. We felt our needs were well taken care of, and deeply appreciated that they knew exactly when to include us in decision-making, and when to just dive in and get the work done. Moving Matters made a very challenging time in our family's life much easier than it otherwise would have been, and for this we are deeply grateful. -
