  • Relationship to this provider?
My loved one used this service
  • Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
    A. My mother was given her roommates medication in error. They did contact us immediately and filed the appropriate documentation with the state.
We also received a very threatening letter from the business department saying our account was being turned over to a collection agency. We received this letter on the day my mother was dismissed and on the same day we received her bill for the entire month, not just the portion on the month she was there.
  • Q. Would you recommend this care provider?
    A. No
