We are an Alzheimer's and Dementia only community with a small, family-like atmosphere and personalized care. We provide 24 hour care/ 7 days a week, one all-inclusive monthly rate, all private rooms, beautifully landscaped backyard, and much more!
Every detail has been designed with the cognitive impaired person in mind. The design of Colonial Gardens provides an intimate and homelike atmosphere. All of our resident rooms are private with private a private half bath.
Our philosophy of care is really simple. Focus on strengths, rather than weaknesses. Never stop trying to communicate and be kind, always. By doing these things,we can make a real difference in our residents' lives.
