Practical Care was started in 2000 by myself, Samantha Young. I have over 25 years of experience in the health care field and my philosophy and passion have always been to provide the best possible care for my clients. This starts with the belief that the employees are one of the most important parts of this care. If your employees are happy and well trained your clients will be the beneficiaries of this policy. I believe we have achieved this goal but we strive to improve our services every day.

We provide all the services everyone needs such as housekeeping, laundry and personal care but we go one step further and provide a Social Worker to help manage the care and answer questions. We are also continually looking at more programs to help family caregivers with training and support. Our newest program is our For Get Me Not program which trains family members to be better caregivers for those with Alzheimer's.
