Belvedere Commons of Seneca

Belvedere Commons of Seneca offers spacious 2 bedroom villas, with attached garage, for independent living that includes the security and companionship our campus offers. One meal a day and weekly housekeeping is included in your monthly rate. You are welcome to purchase additional meals and participate in our life enrichment programs. We provide maintenance for your villa and pay the utilities (except cable and phone). Our main building is just across the parking lot where friends abound! The Clubhouse is a place where you can host a family holiday gathering, gather with friends to play cards, or just use the fitness room. You'll have all the privacy and independence you crave with opportunities to socialize when you want.
