"Lowcountry Active Day Center provides the following services: adult day health services, door to door transportation, in home nursing services, physical therapy, and speech therapy. All of our highly qualified and carefully selected Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Assistants participate in ongoing education programs that focus on the special skills required to care for the elderly including those with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias."
