Keystone Hospice provides a continuum of care with sister agency Keystone Home Health Services, allowing patients to keep the same nurse if their needs change and they require hospice care. Keystone provides hospice care in the patient's home as well as in its facility, Keystone House. An extensive therapeutic arts program includes music, art and movement, and dance therapy. Care is specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual, empowering patients and families to make their own care choices. A nonprofit, Keystone Hospice is committed to providing care regardless of patient's ability to pay.
