Senior Helpers provides in home companion and personal care services that enable seniors to continue living safely, as independently as possible, in their own home. Our goal is to promote independence and provide assisted living in the home. Senior Helpers is a cost effective and attractive alternative that many seniors are choosing over placement in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Services can be provided on an hourly basis up to and including 24hr care and live-in care. All of Senior Helpers caregivers are our employees, are fully bonded and insured, and are supervised by an RN.

Our approach is to offer ourselves as not only a service provider, but a care management team. With my background as a Home Care Physical Therapist for 10 years I am able to offer many added benefits included within our services. When assessing a client in the home I not only identify what services a client will require, but I also complete a home safety evaluation, a full functional assessment i.e. balance, strength, risk of fall etc., and provide a comprehensive plan of care including home modifications and choices for the future. With my experience and medical background I am able to recognize when additional services, such as skilled medical services, are needed. Our company prides itself on the connections we have in the Springfield area—and our ability to act as a quick and effective liaison in setting-up any auxiliary services a client requires. Our goal is to not only provide service, but to also maintain function and assure quality of life. We are also able to provide education to our clients regarding options for financial assistance.
