Pollock & Lore is run by two well-qualified partners, Deena Pollock and Fern Lore. Deena, a master's level social worker and licensed care manager, worked at a care management agency for six years before deciding to start her own practice. Fern, who also holds a master's degree, is a nurse with experience in home care, care management, nursing education and nursing homes. In addition to offering assessments, placements and guidance to seniors and their loved ones, Deena and Fern also provide care management services to younger people with chronic mental and physical conditions. Their assistance in accessing government benefits, including social security and disability, is invaluable. Pollock & Lore aims to keep clients safe and independent in the least restrictive setting possible.
