Helene's certificate in gerontology is from Temple University's Institute on Aging. She strives to work on both a practical and emotional level with clients—and carries a manageable caseload to ensure clients get individualized attention. Helene has worked as a marketing director of two retirement communities along with working in a home care agency, rehabilitation hospital and a major skilled nursing facility chain. As such she can negotiate many types of systems in order to get her clients the services they need. She also is a certified Specialist in Aging.
