Chandler Hall Hospice and Bereavement Programs helps patients make every moment significant, working with the philosophy that a terminal illness should not constrict the meaning in their lives. If needed, patients may receive inpatient care at Chandler Hall. Clients work with the same staff through all levels of care, including general routine care, respite and hospice. Their bereavement group is open to the community, with a special group for children.
