Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. I can not say enough bad things about this facility. My mother fell in the hallway and died hours later. No nurse went to help her only two aids which I will say were sympathetic.She was found by a resident god only knows how long she was laying there. When she passed not a card or anything from the management. All they care about is the business aspect not the person living there. It is all about the money...once your in thats it your simply monthly revenue. If you want a caring facility trust me you dont want to send your loved one here.I wish we would have taken my mother to another place that was more interested in her health and well being than a check. This is something my family will have to live with for the rest of our life.
