Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. My younger sister and mother use this service. My mother was a client that use your services for in home. I would like to say I am very disappointed with the service my family received. First of all my sister didn't get proper information about all the services you provide and when she called for help when my mother died on Sunday all you told her was call 911 and never followed up on her or to see if my mother is even alive. This was very unprofessional on your part. And you definitely left my sister alone and your policy is you are never alone. No one even called yet and its the next day to see what had even happened. I am very disappointed with your company and wouldn't recommend it to any one. -
