  • Relationship to this provider?
    My loved one stayed here
  • Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
    A. My father’s orderly signed his name that he was turned while he was sleeping. When my father saw the chart and his signature had been forged, he asked the orderly if he signed his name and he said, "What else was I supposed to do, you were sleeping" and stormed off. He was later fired. We have a complaint against the administrator, Kevin Wall, and since the incident, the administrator's wife is now caring for my father. Which makes no sense and I believe she conflicts with the complaint. Kevin Wall does not feel the same way. In fact he treated me with no respect when I complained about his wife caring for him, instead he stuck up for his wife and said there wasn’t an issue with her assisting my father. I feel his wife has been unable to provide unbiased care for my father knowing there is a complaint against her husband specifically from him. She has been attacking him verbally and saying very condescending remarks about his lupus disease and his Christian faith. He is stuck in a bed and has to listen to her talk down to him. She told my father that prayer does not work, knowing he is a spiritual man. This not only hurts him, but hurts our family as well. I feel the administrator and his wife are unable to care for people whose minds are still coherent because they are very unprofessional in their day to day operation.
  • Q. Would you recommend this care provider?
