    A. 2008 erratic call system (needs to be replaced)means long waits for aide to come
    caring aides, excellent social services
    air conditioning in summmer = sometimes 68 degrees in my room
    appt's times at on-site clinic made without resident input
    food is fattening,starchy,little fresh fruit or vegies, except for apples, bananas, and oranges
