    A. my mother died on july 26th 2009. her name is hedwig elizabeth evans lived at 3100 w. park pl. okc,ok 73107. i am her son charles paul evans, and i need to find out who took care of her and who visited her home on july 25th, the night before she died. i know it was a nurse and i must speak with her immediately, but i don't know what office had her as a patient. can someone find out and have her contact me via e-mail? thank you.
