Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. This seems to be a nice facility.
The staff is extremely caring and friendly with residents and family of the resident(s)

I think they need to have someone at the front desk 24hrs.

There is room for improvement on their meals, more variety, perhaps a little better quality, and they need more condiments for sandwhiches and burgers.

Overall feeling of the place is clean, safe and home-like.
