Cabrini Hospice provides both in-home and inpatient hospice services. Patients receive daily care from a team comprised of a physician, nurses, social workers, recreational therapists and clergy members of various faiths. Cabrini strives to preserve patients' dignity in their final days by focusing on each person's physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. The inpatient unit is open twenty-four hours a day—visitors of all ages, loved ones and even pets are welcome. Uninsured patients may arrange with the agency for subsidized care.
