Clare Bridge Manlius is a community dedicated to the special needs of those individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We embrace individuals with memory loss by offering them a comfortable place to live with a secure and caring environment, meaningful activities, and 24 hour a day support. Our special community is designed for those residents that require assistance with activities of daily living, but do not need the skilled care provided in nursing homes.

Our entire staff is passionate about serving our residents, and are carefully selected and trained to handle the special behaviors associated with memory loss. They assist our residents in every way, meeting their basic and their most challenging needs.....while always treating them with dignity and the utmost respect.

We understand that losses due to dementia are progressive and our residents' needs are continually changing. That's why we create a Personal Service Plan for every resident, designed to cater to his or her individual abilities and preferences. Clare Bridge Manlius is about more that just providing a place to live or services; it's about providing choice, dignity and a way of life to the residents we serve.
