Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. Some of the staff is okay but I don't think that management understand the serious of taking care of the elderly like they suppose to. They believe that it is "just a business" and not taking care someone's love one. They answer to family members concerns is "if you do not like the service, you can either taking the person to another facility, change rooms/floor, or taking home with the family member." I do not think that is the way any nursing home/home care facility to act towards anyone.
