Maintaining a small agency enables staff members to offer clients more one-on-one attention. The agency prides itself on providing close personal care, which they achieve by frequent communication with family members. European's staff provides additional housekeeping assistance as needed.

"Thank you for alerting us to our father’s illness. We had taken him to the doctor several times, and they told us he was fine. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When your astute nurse took one look at him she called the emergency room immediately, and probably saved his life.
