The Arbors is a one-of-a-kind residence, providing excellence at an affordable fee and in a prime location. The Arbors is situated on 3 acres of beautifully landscaped property, in the heart of the Jersey Shore.

The Spring Lake area is acclaimed for its beauty: gentle winters, glorious springs, picturesque autumns, and most of all, summers attracting loyal vacationers. Walking ? Begin a tour on our property, then go to the park a block away, to the center of town, to church, or to the boardwalk and beach. We are across the street from the Spring Lake train station, on the bus line, and convenient to the Garden State Parkway.
