  • Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
    A. This is the WORST place I have ever heard of. Residents are starved (1/4 sandwich for a meal),dietary needs are ignored, owners try to take money they are not entitled to from resident's bank accounts, food is locked up so kitchen help cannot prepare it, mail gets "lost", I could go on for hours.
