  • Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
    A. I am a professional caregiver and visited this facility with a friend. While it has some endearing qualities, it seemed to lack friendliness. I watched as one residents asked for some ice, they were given a cup of ice, but the attitude of the staff was sour. I found the facility clean but not stimulating. Hope this helps.
