All utilities, except telephone and cable TV, are included, plus three nutritious meals with table service. For residents with memory loss or dementia, Oak Park offers Autumn Lane, a secure 16-unit wing separate from the independent apartments to minimize confusion and maintain a familiar, safe environment without compromising independence.

Other home-like features include a fireplace in the first floor lobby area and second floor common area, a private dining room for family meals/special occasions, spacious public sun/sitting rooms on each floor, state-of-the-art kitchen and a big screen television in the main dining room.
