Northport Highlands is a full-service retirement community planned for the beautiful 16 acre campus overlooking Grand Traverse Bay. Enjoy independent home ownership in two and three bedroom villas or one and two bedroom residences. The beautiful campus, formerly Leelanau Memorial Health Center, will also include assisted living and memory care apartments offering comprehensive, personalized care plans.

Our campus includes, 18 two and three bedroom villa homes will provide privacy and independence. These homes complete with fireplace, full kitchen with breakfast nook and washer/dryer will offer residents all of the benefits of the home ownership with the comforts and security of living in a community.

We also have 38 one and two-bedroom apartment condominiums with breathtaking water views. For those residents who require additional care we have assisted living apartments as well as apratments for persons with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias.
