Clare Bridge is a community dedicated to the special needs of individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. At Clare Bridge we embrace individuals with memory loss by offering them a comfortable place to live within a secure and caring environment, meaningful activities, and 24 hour a day support. Our community is designed for seniors that require assistance with activities of daily living, but do not need the skilled care provided in nursing homes. Dedicated to memory care, our staff is passionate about serving our residents, and are carefully selected and trained to handle the special behaviors associated with memory loss. They assist our residents in every way, meeting their basic and their most challenging needs... while always treating them with dignity and respect.
