"Program is a five-day-a-week program for adults who may be medically vulnerable. Services include nursing, personal care, podiatry, supportive and crisis counseling services, case management, exercise classes, nutrition education, referrals to occupational, speech and physical therapies when needed, intergenerational services, light breakfast, lunch and snack, structured activities. Health teaching and promotion are also offered."
