"Program offers a supportive day environment for adults facing life changes. It enables them to live at home and remain active in the community. Daily programming includes companionship, individual and group activities, a noon meal and afternoon snacks, health monitoring and support services. A RN and professional staff work with families and other health care professionals to meet the individual social and medical needs of the participants."
