  • Relationship to this provider?
    Employee/former employee
  • Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
    A. The nurse to pt. ratio was very unsafe. usually I would work one nurse to 36 residetns. This allowed me little to no time to be able to meet every residents needs. Bed sores were common d/t under staffing, treatments were missed and over looked often sometimes never being completed for days at a time. This was also do to the low pt to nurse ratio. Management was poor, causing morale to be low. The residents truly suffered, which is the reason I could no longer work there. It was a very poorly run facility.
  • Q. Would you recommend this care provider?
    A. No
