A. To Whom It May Concern, This letter is to share with you the wonderful experience I had working with Mona Wagoner. We had to move my grandmother into an assisted living apartment and in a very narrow time frame. I had originally not planned on using a moving company and had not even heard of a service such as Smooth Transitions. However I soon realized that a combination of a hectic work schedule as well as the holidays was making this a monumental chore. I saw a book on moving with Mona's number, she proved to be an excellent organizer, as well as having a great eye for putting together a very attractive living area in my grandmother's new apartment. More importantly though, she acted as a buffer when the stress of trying to do this move became too much for my grandmother and me and we personalized it. Mona was able to step in and not only arrange an extremely quick move but also allowed me to step back when the tough decisions had to be made about the reality of letting go of items which couldn't fit into her new apartment. At the end of the moving day I looked around and was truly amazed to see everything in place, pictures hung, and the feel of a truly cozy home that she played a large part in creating. Sincerely,
