Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. THIS COMPANY SHOUL"d be ashamed of themselves,having only one cna on all 3 shifts ,with no nurse.Qmas are not nurses Hamilton House.the familys woul"d hate to know that they have 1 cna in the building watching over all 30+ residents on the midnight shift. the people deserve great care for dignity and what they are being charged you think....
