Right At Home offers its clients a comprehensive list of non-medical services. Each Right At Home office is independently owned and operated, but continues to work with the Home Office located in Omaha, Nebraska. Our offices located in Algonquin and Mt. Prospect, Illinois provide light housekeeping services, medication reminders, post-op surgery care, transportation to Dr. appointments or other errands, meal planning and preparation and companionship on an hourly or live-in basis.

Jeanette Palmer, President, is also a Veterans Benefit Consultant and specializes in assisting veterans and their families on how to obtain long term care benefits to provide home care, necessary safety home renovations and more. An integral part of Right At Home's training prior to their employment involves understanding special care situations including Diabetes, Cancer, Alzheimer's, Dementia and COPD.

Right At Home has also developed additional training programs for Personal Care Communication Skills and Safety & Risk Management. The client can feel at ease knowing all of our Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants are background checked, reference checked, covered by workers compensation and are bonded and insured as our employees.
