Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. Susan coordinated 2 separate moves for my Mother. She did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.
Every aspect of the move was covered from finding and interviewing the moving company, to packing and unpacking, to arranging the furniture (with safety concerns in mind since my Mother has balance problems) to hanging her artwork. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all set up so that when my Mother walked in the door the first time, her new home was completely livable.
Susan tweaked the shelving in her closets to making them more functional, and recognizing a safety issue, had grab-bars installed in several strategic locations in her home.
She showed great respect and consideration for my Mother during the entire process treating us as though we were members of her own family. Moving is never easy but with Susan's help it couldn't have gone better.
