The Palace at Home, under the direction of the individual?s physician, provides the personalized care needed to adequately maintain patients at home. The objective of The Palace at Home is to meet the physical & psychological needs of an individual in time of illness, disability, or emotional crisis, which may threaten the normal pattern of life.

They also provide coordination of services for residents that are eligible to receive home health services under physician?s orders & Medicare criteria.

The Palace at Home can also provide a professional nurse, therapist or home health aide to any Palace resident on a short or long-term basis.
