We offer spacious studios and one- and two-bedroom suites on a month-to-month rental with utilities (except telephone), cable TV and weekly housekeeping included. There is never a buy-in fee or long-term lease. We provide a full range of services and amenities included in an affordable monthly rent.

Three delicious, made-from-scratch meals are served daily in our beautiful dining room. Endless fun and stimulating activities are available for our residents. Our common areas include a library, chapel, large screen television lounge, exercise room and game room. We also have complimentary chauffeured transportation. For your peace of mind, each suite is equipped with an emergency call system that links you with our live-in managers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Lake Ridge Village is located in Eustis, Florida, on the shores of Lake Eustis 30 miles north of Orlando. Eustis is home to a variety of stately historical homes, including the Eustis Historical Museum & Preservation Society at Clifford House, and the Moses J. Taylor House (also known as the Dreamspinner Bed and Breakfast Inn), both listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
