Our team of Professional Care Managers bring extensive experience in all aspects of eldercare, caregiving resources, and disability. Clients benefit from a one on one relationship with their personal care manager and advocate, but they also get the experience and backup of a full team with over 100 years combined experience.

Aging Wisely is the premiere care management company in the Tampa Bay area, serving Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties (Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor). Services provided include assessments, guidance and consultation (provided nationwide via telephone as well), recommendation of resources, assistance with Medicare, Medicaid, insurance and benefits issues, daily money management (bill paying/organizing), help selecting and transitioning to a retirement or care community, advocacy and monitoring. We assist client setting up in home care, attend medical appointments and provide necessary follow through, and act as a family's eyes and ears when they do not live locally. In addition, we consult with family caregivers on a wide array of issues and ensure they have access to all the needed resources. We have experience working with clients of all ages, including those facing a chronic illness or disability from an accident.
