Quality Measures for ALL METRO HEALTH CARE

Quality measures give you information about how well home health agencies provide care for some of their patients. The measures provide information about patients' physical and mental health, and whether their ability to perform basic daily activities improved.

NOTE: If you encounter "n/a" for Provider measurements, that indicates that the number of patients is too small to report. Contact the agency directly to discuss this quality measure. .
