  • Relationship to this provider?
    I visited this facility
  • Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
    A. Most recent complaint survey was alarming! Why is this overstaffed,(management) understaffed,)direct care providers, only half full after more than a year of operation? I would not under any circumstance place a loved one there, although they have a waiting list that would fill all of the currently available beds.
  • Q. Would you recommend this care provider?
    A. No
