"Program provides meals, therapeutic recreation, daily living skills assistance, personal health care, social supports, nursing services, podiatry services, a beautician, rehabilitative therapy, and medication management for elders ages 60+, and for ages 21+ if disabled. Transportation is provided through Greater New Haven Transit District for residents of Branford, Cheshire (part), East Haven, Guilford, Hamden, Milford, New Haven, North Haven, Orange, Wallingford (part), and West Haven."
