"Program provides meals, therapeutic recreation, daily living skills assistance, personal health care, social supports, nursing services, beautician services, rehabilitative therapy, and medication management for elders ages 60+. Transportation is provided for residents of Bridgeport, Fairfield, Stratford, and part of Trumbull. Grasmere is owned by the Town of Fairfield and managed by FSW - Older Adult Services."
